Warranty Information
  1. Warranty General

    Your statutory rights are unaffected. In addition to your statutory rights we also offer the following. Please make sure you retain all protective packaging for all the equipment in case you need to return any item.

  2. Distance Selling Regulations

    The Distance Selling Regulations apply to all UK sales over the internet. There is a cooling-off period of 7 working days and within that time, you have a right to cancel. You have a right to return the goods if we receive them with all packaging and items in an undamaged condition.

    This does not apply if the subscription has been used or if the items are damaged or missing.

  3. Satmodem and iLNB

    The satmodem and iLNB have a 1 year warranty. Please consult the dealer from which you purchased the equipment or ourselves directly if you bought from us.

  4. Belkin Warranty

    Belkin offer a comprehensive warranty for the Wi-Fi Routers we supply. If you suspect you have a faulty wi-fi router please contact them directly. This applies whether you bought from an installer of from us.Their warranty page is here.

    We recommend you register your Belkin product as soon as you receive it. That will make obtaining support easier should it be necessary.
