The best package for you depends on how much you use the internet and what for. Our packages have been created to cover most typical uses from everyday emails and browsing to SMEs needing high data allowances.
Some satellite packages offer a set amount of data each month and then you have to buy "TopUps" when that runs out: rather like PAYG on mobile phones.
Some packages claim to offer unlimited data but then restrict speeds as you use more and more data.
All internet packages whether terrestrial, mobile or satellite have data and speed limits and it's important you should find out what they are before choosing. If these limits are not clearly shown, we recommend you have a good look in the terms and conditions of the particular service. In addition to the information on the Package Builder pages, we have a FAQ section on Service Descriptions.
Our "ValuePlus" or "V+" packages offer a unique balance of satellite speed for the data amount you choose followed by a massive data allowance at the "follow-on" speed so you stay online even after you've used all your data.
If all you need is access to email and a reasonable amount of browsing, then our entry level 2M2V+ (up-to 2Mbps ValuePlus) could well be enough and is the cheapest monthly service on offer.
If you are a heavy user or have several devices needing more data at the highest speed, then the 20M20V+ offers up-to 20Mbs with 20GB of data traffic.
Most home users will opt for either the 8M8V+ or 10M10V+ depending on data use and budget.
There are also two "Pro" packages for heavier users and SMEs with multiple computers or specific requirements.
All accounts can have the unlimited data FreeZone option added and also you can reset your data for a small charge at any time. For more details, please see the Packages page.
We're aware that choosing a Package can be difficult so we allow you to upgrade at anytime. Our recommendation is to start cautiously and then if you find you exceed your allowance too much you can always switch. Please note that if you have chosen to lower your equipment price by selecting a contract term, you may not be allowed to downgrade your service without a downgrade charge. Please read the terms and conditions for your contract and the general terms and conditions carefully before committing to a contract.
