We've got some exciting plans for 2012 and you could be part of them. Our continuing expansion means we'll need some bright, committed new colleagues to join the front-line sales and support teams. We connect more customers everyday with the very latest in satellite broadband services and

we need to make sure we have the right team to keep old and new customers happy.

We offer comprehensive on-the-job training but it will help if you already know one end of an f-connector from the other and what an IP address means.

Our team is multi-talented and flexible (new colleagues will need to be the same) but the three main areas we operate are:

  • Pre-Sales / Sales Admin
  • Customer Support
  • Account Admin

You'll be answering the phones to enquiries, advising on packages, checking account status, replying to emails and generally getting and keeping customers on-line. You'll also be talking to dealers and installers so hands-on experience at the installation sharp end is a bonus.

Working knowledge of Sage 50, Microsoft Office & Dynamics CRM will be a distinct advantage to go with a desire to get and keep customers happy and, naturally, a good telephone manner.

There are opportunities for Front-Line Team Members to take on added responsibilities as we grow. We currently operate Monday to Friday office hours but future growth plans include early and late shifts as well as some weekend hours. The team is based in North West London.
